Head Coach Sarah Wall

Sarah Wall comes to NEO volleyball from Pittsburg State University where she served as an assistant volleyball coach for several years. Her duties included training the ds/liberos and serving/serve receive primary positions.  

She is also a summer court coach for Gold Medal Squared Volleyball as well as serving as a national speaker for Glazier Volleyball Coaching Clinics.  

She was a high school head volleyball coach who retired after a 9 year stint at Carl Junction High School, in Carl Junction Missouri.  In 9 years, Coach Wall took the small town team to a runner-up finish in the Class 3 State Championship in 2013 and a top 6 finish as the smallest school in Class 4 in 2014. The 2013 volleyball team is the only volleyball team to have reached the state championship title match in school history.  Her teams finished as Big 8 Conference Champions 6 of 9 years being undefeated from 2010-2014 with a 36-0 record before moving into the COC her last season.  Her teams were District Champions 6 of those last 9 years.  Sectional champions- 2011, 2013, 2014. In 9 years her teams amassed a record of 203-85-26.  

Individually, Wall had produced 11 All-state volleyball players-the first ones in CJ school history-many of her players have gone on to play college volleyball including three NCAA Division 1 players. She was named the Big 8 Coach of the year 6 of her 9 seasons.

Coach Wall is the owner and club director for Club MVP- a USVA volleyball club within the HOA region.  She has been inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame in Carl Junction twice.  Once as a volleyball coach and once with her 2013 team.

Coach Wall is married to Jesse Wall who is in the Pittsburg State Athletics Hall of Fame for football. Their family consists of son Jacob & Ceirra Wall (Abram, Raya, and Obadiah). Daughter Bradyn & Derek Webb (Margot and Daphne), and son Zeke Wall.

Coach Wall is so excited to continue the tradition of excellence for NEO Volleyball and to take the Golden Norse to the ship!
